Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Valid driver’s license with own transportation and insurance
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week in the future
- Commitment to upholding company values and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Ability to lift and handle cleaning equipment safely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with insured transportation
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning duties with attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- Exceed customer expectations through thorough and efficient cleaning
- Train and mentor new team members as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled hours
