Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- reliable transportation to the facility in central Norman
- ability to communicate in English
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- ability to work independently and in a team setting
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good communication skills
- leadership experience preferred for shift lead positions
- ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
- flexible availability to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas including restrooms, offices, and common spaces
- sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- restock supplies such as paper towels and soap
- report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- follow cleaning protocols and safety standards consistently
- lead and coordinate cleaning crews when assigned as shift lead
