Job Duties
- Maintain upkeep of the facility to enhance and maintain its appearance and function
- Serve as customer service representative for building occupants
- Clean staff lounge, entrances, lobbies, and waiting rooms
- Perform spot cleaning of designated areas based on customer needs
- Clean secured areas
- Order and manage supplies for the facility
- Communicate cleaning issues and facility needs to the manager
