Job Requirements

Must have the physical capacity to walk or traverse continuously during an eight-hour shift with normal breaks
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions with provided gear
Must be able to speak, read, and write English to create basic reports
Comply with company professionalism standards and policies
Pass background checks if applicable
Reliable and punctual
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Ability to speak, read, and write English
Proficient in using smartphones for reporting
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
Customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Experience in community maintenance or similar roles preferred

Job Duties

Circulate through assigned work zone with supplies and tools to remove litter
Remove graffiti and posters from public infrastructure
Pull isolated weeds in cracks and tree wells
Damp wipe and straighten horizontal surfaces like trash can lids and news boxes
Observe and report unwanted behaviors or criminal activity via two-way radios
Provide hospitality and customer service by greeting pedestrians and offering information
Provide written reports of broken infrastructure, graffiti on private property, and daily accomplishments
