Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
- Conduct industrial cleaning duties to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Buff floors and perform floor care maintenance to enhance the appearance of surfaces
- Carry out custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment
- Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts appropriately to promote sustainability
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment
- Provide porter services as required, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment within the facility
