Job Duties
- Keep store clean
- perform all heavy-duty cleaning
- perform regular maintenance activities
- clean AirBnB property after use including weekends
- clean building floors including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping
- gather and empty indoor trash
- clean, service and resupply restrooms
- clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
- engage in building security and safety activities such as checking and locking doors and checking electrical appliances
- move equipment, supplies and furniture
- inform managers about required repair and maintenance activities
- maintain tools and equipment needed for duties
- require and manage supplies of tools and equipment
- organize and execute spraying of fumigant and insecticides
