Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Ability to perform moderate to continuous physical activities such as bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing
- Commitment to comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management preferred
- Computer skills including email, Microsoft Office Suite, web-based trainings, and other computer programs
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary

Job Duties
- Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment
- Build strong rapport with residents of the community
- Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily
- Clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Using the apartment cleaning checklist, clean vacant apartment homes after each move out
- Clean and organize the pool house including straightening chairs on the pool deck, cleaning pool house public bathrooms and showers, vacuuming and dusting amenity spaces
- Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas
- Empty public trash cans
- Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws
