Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management preferred
- Proficient in English communication
- Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to stand for 5-7 hours daily
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- Capability for moderate bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and climbing
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions both indoors and outdoors
- Strong manual dexterity
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Excellent communication skills including proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is strongly preferred
- Computer skills including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to navigate web-based trainings and computer programs
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Determined, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Team player with a 'we over me' approach to relationships
Job Duties
- Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing our residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment
- Build strong rapport with residents of the community
- Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily
- Clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Using the apartment cleaning checklist, clean vacant apartment homes after each move out
- Clean and organize the pool house including chairs, public bathrooms, and dusting amenity spaces
- Remove used towels in the pool area and replace with freshly laundered towels daily
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces and empty public trash cans
- Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws
