Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalency certificate
- janitorial experience in hotel or residential management preferred
- excellent communication skills including proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- computer skills including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to navigate web-based trainings and other programs
- willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- reliable means of transportation
- ability to build and sustain relationships with a team-oriented approach
- determined, ambitious and self-motivated individual

Job Duties
- maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents’ way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment
- build strong rapport with residents of the community
- clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily
- clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by the Maintenance Supervisor
- clean vacant apartment homes after each move out using the apartment cleaning checklist
- clean and organize the pool house including straightening chairs, cleaning public bathrooms with showers, vacuuming and dusting amenity spaces
- remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily
- maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies
- assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas, and empty public trash cans
- clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor
- comply with all company policies, procedures and Fair Housing laws
- perform additional tasks as needed to meet organizational needs
