Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management preferred
- Excellent communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing English
- Computer skills including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and web-based programs
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to build rapport with residents

Job Duties
- Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment
- Build strong rapport with residents of the community
- Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily
- Clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Use apartment cleaning checklist to clean vacant apartment homes after move out
- Clean and organize the pool house including chairs, public bathrooms, showers, and amenity spaces
- Remove used towels and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas and empty public trash cans
- Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and Fair Housing laws
