Job Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- bending lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- ability to multitask and remain positive in busy working conditions
- janitors can expect to work an 8-hour shift on average including weekends and holidays most our shops are 24/7
- exposure to cleaning chemicals
- comply with brand and company uniform and hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to work from 10:00pm to 5:00am
- prior janitorial experience preferred but not required
- must have a Clark County Food Handler's Card
- legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
Job Duties
- Sweep vacuum mop wash and clean debris from counters display cases and floors
- clean prep areas walls and storage racks
- pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it properly
- clean drains dishwashing machines ovens walk-in coolers fryers and other equipment as required
- clean restrooms using approved chemicals and empty trash
- comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- perform additional tasks as requested by management and as needed to support the shop
