Job Duties
- Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned areas
- Focusing cleaning efforts on high traffic areas and restrooms during daytime hours
- Emptying all waste containers and replacing liners
- Damp wiping waste containers
- Removing waste materials to designated disposal areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing drinking fountains and water coolers
- Using disinfectant cleaning products on high-touch surfaces like doors, handles, and switch plates
- Following recycling and sustainability programs as required
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment within budgetary guidelines
