Job Requirements

  • prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience
  • ability to travel to multiple job sites with a drivers license and reliable vehicle preferred
  • strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • ability to work on your feet, walk up stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • ability to work independently and responsibly under a 1099 contractor model
  • ability to communicate in English is encouraged

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies according to company standards and guidelines
  • operate vacuums, steam machines, and ozone machines for heavy stains on furniture and upholstery
  • empty trash receptacles and follow proper waste disposal procedures
  • report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and collaborate with technicians for repairs
  • document and report missing items or lost and found items according to company procedures
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • ensure the security of units at all times
  • accurately document cleans via photographs and submit digital forms as required
