Job Requirements

Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred
Ability to travel to multiple job sites
A drivers license and reliable vehicle for transportation strongly preferred
Ability to work on feet, walk up stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to work independently and responsibly under a 1099 contractor model
Ability to communicate in English encouraged

Job Duties

Clean and service assigned apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies according to company standards and guidelines
Operate vacuums, steam machines, and ozone machines for heavy stains on furniture and upholstery
Empty trash receptacles and follow proper waste disposal procedures
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and collaborate with technicians for repairs
Document and report missing items or lost and found items according to company procedures
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
Ensure the security of units at all times
Accurately document cleans via photographs and submit digital forms as required
