Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to handle flexible work hours including weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties
- Conduct pre-move-in inspections to ensure apartments are spotless with the goal of earning 5-star reviews on Google
- Perform essential cleaning tasks within apartments including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal
- Partner with the leasing team to keep the office organized and fully stocked
- Ensure all cleaning standards and protocols are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas as assigned
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
- Support community events through setup and cleanup efforts
