Job Requirements
- prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience
- ability to travel to multiple job sites
- a drivers license and reliable vehicle for transportation strongly preferred
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work on feet, walk up stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to work independently and responsibly under a 1099 contractor model
- ability to communicate in English is encouraged

Job Duties
- clean and service assigned apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies according to company standards and guidelines
- operate vacuums, steam machines, and ozone machines for heavy stains on furniture and upholstery
- empty trash receptacles and follow proper waste disposal procedures
- report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and collaborate with technicians for repairs
- document and report missing items or lost and found items according to company procedures
- adhere to all health and safety regulations using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
- ensure the security of units at all times
- accurately document cleans via photographs and submit digital forms as required
