Job Requirements

  • Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites
  • A drivers license and reliable vehicle for transportation strongly preferred
  • Ability to work on your feet, walk up stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly under a 1099 contractor model
  • Ability to communicate in English encouraged

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies according to company standards and guidelines
  • Operate vacuums, steam machines, and ozone machines for heavy stains on furniture and upholstery
  • Empty trash receptacles and follow proper waste disposal procedures
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and collaborate with technicians for repairs
  • Document and report missing items or lost and found items according to company procedures
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Ensure the security of units at all times
  • Accurately document cleans via photographs and submit digital forms as required
