Job Requirements
- Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites
- A drivers license and reliable vehicle for transportation strongly preferred
- Ability to work on your feet, walk up stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work independently and responsibly under a 1099 contractor model
- Ability to communicate in English encouraged

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies according to company standards and guidelines
- Operate vacuums, steam machines, and ozone machines for heavy stains on furniture and upholstery
- Empty trash receptacles and follow proper waste disposal procedures
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and collaborate with technicians for repairs
- Document and report missing items or lost and found items according to company procedures
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ensure the security of units at all times
- Accurately document cleans via photographs and submit digital forms as required
