Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Job Qualifications
- Ability to be a team player who can work independently with minor supervision as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize urgent projects and work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment

Job Duties
- Cleans all common areas daily including vacuuming and dusting
- Pull trash daily
- Replace light bulbs as necessary
- Perform light maintenance as required
- Conduct bi-monthly inventory of supplies
- Clean vacant apartments
- Keep all vacant units and common areas fresh and odorless
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
- Assist in all trades and snow removal
