Job Duties
- Perform table maintenance duties according to service standards
- perform opening, running, and closing duties according to service standards
- respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously
- maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area
- keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash, and obstacles
- clean spills immediately and use floor signs
- manage trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- clean and stock line to par throughout shift
- follow housekeeping standards per policy
- operate trash compactor per procedure
- ensure trash cans and receptacles are clean and odor-free
- keep dust pans clean and odor-free
- separate recyclables per local codes
- pre-roll and store table paper per venue specifications
- stay current on all standard operating procedures
- stamp table paper with advertisement stamps
- turn lost and found items into manager on duty
- attend pre-shift meeting
- assist other employees
- clean and dust all areas of venue
- sweep and mop floors
- clean and maintain restrooms
- refill restroom supplies
- clean and polish hardware surfaces
- vacuum and spot clean rugs
- replace burned out light bulbs or report
- maintain service rooms and storage areas clean and orderly
- maintain adequate cleaning supplies
- use cleaning tools properly
- removal and cleaning of waste baskets
- report repairs and safety hazards to supervisor
- observe safety standards
- general venue cleaning
- perform related duties as assigned
