Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
reliable transportation to and from job sites
availability for 3 to 6 hours per week
willingness to undergo criminal background check
references available upon request
ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Job Qualifications

previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
ability to handle physical tasks related to cleaning
reliable and punctual
willingness to undergo criminal background check and provide references

Job Duties

perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces
maintain cleanliness and orderliness of client workplaces
follow safety and cleaning protocols consistently
communicate effectively with clients and team members
conduct routine inspection of assigned areas to ensure standards are met
manage cleaning supplies responsibly and report any maintenance issues
adapt to flexible work hours as assigned
