Job Requirements
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to handle cleaning equipment and perform tasks requiring stamina
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time as scheduled
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required

- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus
- Experience in floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is advantageous
- Background in facilities maintenance or porter roles is beneficial

Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces to ensure a tidy environment
- Handle floor care tasks including buffing, waxing, and stripping as needed
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks in various facilities
- Support custodial duties by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure functionality
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
