Job Requirements

- Reliable means of transportation

- Prior janitorial experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Computer skills including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to navigate web-based trainings and various computer programs
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Determined, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Team player with a 'we over me' approach
Job Duties
- Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and supportive home environment
- Build strong rapport with residents of the community
- Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas daily
- Clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by Maintenance Supervisor
- Use apartment cleaning checklist to clean vacant apartments after move outs
- Clean and organize the pool house including chairs, bathrooms, showers, vacuuming, and dusting
- Remove used towels and replace with freshly laundered towels daily
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas and empty public trash cans
- Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks regularly as scheduled by Maintenance Supervisor
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and Fair Housing laws
