Job Requirements
- Must be a team player who takes a 'we over me' approach to relationships
- Determined, ambitious and self-motivated
- Proficient in English communication
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling and climbing
- Willingness to comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws
Job Qualifications
- Customer service focused with ability to build rapport with residents
- Excellent communication skills including speaking, reading and writing in English
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management preferred
- Computer skills including email, Microsoft Office Suite and web-based training navigation
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
Job Duties
- Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment
- Build strong rapport with residents of the community
- Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily
- Clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Using the apartment cleaning checklist, clean vacant apartment homes after each move out
- Clean and organize the pool house, including straightening chairs on the pool deck, cleaning pool house public bathrooms and showers, vacuuming and dusting amenity spaces
- Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces and common areas, and empty public trash cans
- Clean elevator cab, lobby and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and Fair Housing laws
