Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to use cleaning equipment safely
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean buildingsfacilities by sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
- Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
- Handle additional approved special requests from customers
- Identify and report possible repairs
