Job Requirements
- ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic English language and professional communication skills
- able to lift up to 15lbs independently
- able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- able to stand and/or walk for 8 to 10 hours per day
- hand-eye coordination
- able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and pull
- able to lift overhead
- able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
- maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room and storage areas

- assist with general restaurant cleaning
- put away orders and inventory
- assist in cooking chicken
- perform basic food preparation tasks
