Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
  • Ability to push and pull
  • Ability to lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machines, and storage areas
  • Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as needed
  • Put away orders and help with basic food preparation
  • Work with team to exceed guests' expectations
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
