Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes during shift
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
- Ability to push and pull
- Ability to lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room, dish machine, and storage
- Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas
- Put away orders and supplies
- Assist with cooking chicken and basic food preparation as requested
- Work collaboratively with team to meet guest expectations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
