Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
  • Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and Pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room and dish machine
  • Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
  • Receive and put away orders
  • Support cooking and basic food preparation tasks as requested
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet guest expectations
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
