Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
- Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
- Pushing and Pulling
- Lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room and dish machine
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
- Receive and put away orders
- Support cooking and basic food preparation tasks as requested
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet guest expectations
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
