Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 15lbs independently
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
  • Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as needed
  • Help put away supply orders
  • Support chicken cooking and basic food preparation tasks
  • Work cooperatively with the team to exceed guest expectations
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
