Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills required
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the shift
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Physical capability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as needed
- Help put away supply orders
- Support chicken cooking and basic food preparation tasks
- Work cooperatively with the team to exceed guest expectations
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
