Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for an extended period
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shift
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours daily
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
  • Able to push, pull, and lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
  • Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
  • Put away orders
  • Help with cooking chicken and basic food preparation as requested
  • Work cooperatively with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
