Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shift
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours daily
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
- Able to push, pull, and lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
- Put away orders
- Help with cooking chicken and basic food preparation as requested
- Work cooperatively with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
