Job Requirements

- knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

- able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes
- must be able to walk or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
- maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
- assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
- put away orders
- assist in cooking chicken and basic food preparation as requested
- work with team to exceed guest expectations
- comply with safety and sanitation standards
