Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs independently
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for entire shift
- Able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
- Capability to push and pull
- Ability to lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or cleaning roles is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room and storage areas
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
- Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas
- Put away orders and stock supplies
- Assist with cooking chicken and basic food preparation as requested
- Work with team to provide excellent guest experience
