Job Requirements

  • ability to take direction and to work in a team environment

  • knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • basic english language and professional communication skills
  • able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
  • must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • hand-eye coordination

  • lifting overhead
  • must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and storage areas
  • operate dishwashing machines
  • assist with basic food preparation and cooking chicken as requested
  • support team members to exceed guest expectations
  • help clean other areas of the restaurant
  • follow safety and sanitation procedures
