Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service, food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout shift
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
  • Ability to push and pull
  • Ability to lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and dish machines
  • Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
  • Put away orders and stock supplies
  • Cook chicken and perform basic food preparation as requested
  • Work collaboratively with team to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently
