Job Requirements

  • able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
  • must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day

  • lifting overhead
  • must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
  • assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as needed
  • help put away orders
  • support basic food preparation tasks
  • work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
