Job Requirements
- ability to independently lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per shift
- hand-eye coordination
- ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
- ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
- assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
- help with putting away orders and basic food preparation
- work collaboratively with team to exceed guest expectations
- follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
