Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
 - Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
 - Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
 - Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
 - Basic English language and professional communication skills
 - Must be able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day
 - Able to lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
 - Must have good hand-eye coordination
 - Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push and pull
 - Must be able to climb stairs
 - Able to work full-time or part-time hours
 
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
 - Previous experience in cleaning or dishwashing is a plus but not required
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
 - Basic English language and professional communication skills
 - Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
 - Ability to follow directions accurately
 - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
 
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
 - Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
 - Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
 - Put away orders and cooking chicken as requested
 - Perform basic food preparation tasks as needed
 - Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
 - Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
