Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Must be able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push and pull
  • Must be able to climb stairs
  • Able to work full-time or part-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in cleaning or dishwashing is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow directions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
  • Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
  • Put away orders and cooking chicken as requested
  • Perform basic food preparation tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
