Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Commitment to quality service, food, and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout a shift
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift overhead
  • Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and storage areas
  • Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
  • Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
  • Support kitchen staff by putting away orders and cooking chicken
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
