Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service, food, and beverage knowledge
Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language and professional communication skills
Physical ability to lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout a shift
Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
Hand-eye coordination
Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
Ability to push, pull, and lift overhead
Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

Basic English language skills

Understanding of food handling requirements

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and storage areas
Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
Support kitchen staff by putting away orders and cooking chicken
Follow safety and sanitation procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
