Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required
- physical capability to perform cleaning duties
- dependable and responsible
- willing to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
Job Duties
- Clean buildings and facilities by sweeping and mopping floors
- vacuum and clean surfaces
- clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes
- replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
- empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
- wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, and baseboards
- handle additional approved special requests from customers
- identify and report possible repairs
