Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- have a great attitude be a team player and take pride in your work
- a willingness to learn everybody can clean but not everyone cleans like we do
- be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting less than 15 pounds
- valid driver’s license
- must have a properly insured vehicle that you are willing to use monday - friday for work
- no experience necessary our veteran phc’s and field managers will give you thorough training
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and follow company cleaning standards
- ability to work on feet all day and perform light lifting
- valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- positive attitude and team player
- customer service experience a plus but not required
Job Duties
- travel to customer homes as part of a team to perform cleaning tasks
- provide thorough cleaning and disinfecting services
- maintain high standards of customer service
- follow safety protocols and use company-supplied cleaning supplies and equipment
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- contribute to a supportive and positive work environment
- participate in training and development programs
