Job Requirements
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- high school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation
- ability to work Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- physical ability to lift 10 plus pounds regularly
- capability to bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk, stand for extended periods
- must be able to climb stairs
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred
- knowledge of floor care and floor care machines a plus
- experience with window cleaning is advantageous
- ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas including dusting, glass cleaning, empty trash, restocking paper products
- conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety
- adhere to safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery
- maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor spaces where requested
- report maintenance or safety issues to management
- ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled hours
- contribute to a positive and safe working environment
