Job Requirements

- climb up and down ladders and service stairs or ramps
- lift, move, transport, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance and more than 55 pounds with assistance
- push and pull loaded housekeeping carts and other job-related machines on inclined and uneven surfaces
- stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods or frequently during the full shift
- perform other reasonable job-related duties as assigned

Job Duties
- clean showers and restrooms in public and employee areas
- clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- dust surfaces in assigned areas
- empty trash containers, ashtrays, and cigarette urns in public areas into proper receptacles
- inspect furniture for damage and report any breakage, tears, or stains
- clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
- contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
