Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
- follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- notify manager about repairs or additions needed
- establish and maintain communication with clients and staff
- comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, walls, and equipment
- gather and empty trash
- perform incidental seasonal tasks such as snow removal and lawn care
- service and supply restrooms
