- previous janitorial or custodial experience in a regulated or industrial environment
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- adherence to all site safety and security protocols

Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in non-GMP areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces
- emptying trash and recycling bins
- wiping down surfaces, windows, and high-touch areas
- replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- follow site-specific safety and sanitation protocols
- use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- maintain cleaning logs and documentation as required
- support special cleaning projects as needed
