- high school diploma preferred
- knowledge of cleaning equipment and maintenance procedures
- ability to obtain and wear an agency uniform
- nys driver’s license and access to a vehicle a plus
- basic computer literacy

- experience with chemical handling and safety protocols

Job Duties
- demonstrates skills in glass surface cleaning and general floor care
- ensures safety in every aspect of cleaning and equipment operation
- completes all assigned cleaning tasks including bathroom disinfection, window cleaning, carpet vacuuming and shampooing, stripping, waxing and buffing the floors, trash removal
- cleans equipment after usage
- complies with company rules and regulations
- lifts and moves heavy objects as required
- climbs ladders for cleaning or maintenance tasks
- ensures proper dilution and use of cleaning chemicals
