Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must have 6 months of experience cleaning, stripping, and waxing floors
- must be able to pass a background check including education and employment verification and drug screening
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to hold a high level of personal integrity and remain focused on the job at hand
- employees should have a keen understanding of cleaning standards but will also be trained
- ability to work well under minimal supervision
- able to follow instructions
- strong attention to detail
- physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30lbs, bend, kneel, and twist to perform necessary cleaning duties

Job Duties
- Cleaning and disinfecting water fountains
- stripping, waxing, and buffing floors on multiple levels
- managing time effectively to complete tasks daily
- sweeping and mopping floors
- vacuuming and cleaning carpets and floor mats
- restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms
- cleaning windows, glass and mirrors
- cleaning light fixtures
- removing trash and replacing liners
- dusting all horizontal and vertical surfaces, including the blinds
- emptying cigarette urns
- spot cleaning surfaces, courtroom furniture, and carpet stains
