Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a clean room or GMP manufacturing environment
- ability to adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices
- ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures accurately
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to work overnight shifts
- physical ability to perform cleaning and sanitization tasks
- willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in GMP regulated environments preferred
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitization protocols
- ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation
- strong attention to detail
- good organizational skills
- ability to work shift schedule 7 pm to 7 am
- capability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- basic understanding of inventory management and supply ordering
Job Duties
- Responsible for routine daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly room sanitization in GMP process areas
- responsible for non-routine sanitization in GMP process areas due to environmental excursion, process requirements, or facility maintenance and construction
- responsible for verifying proper sanitization agent rotation, labeling, expirations, GDP, and appropriate agent use
- responsible for completing required GMP, GDP, and ALCOA documentation
- responsible for mixing and disposal of sanitization solutions daily
- responsible for disposal of waste from GMP manufacturing process areas regularly
- responsible for collecting full, soiled gowning article bags daily and replacing with new bags
- responsible for ordering and stocking general manufacturing supplies such as clean room wipes, gloves, face masks, hairnets, shoe covers, cleaning agents
- responsible for organizing and maintaining sanitization and general manufacturing supply areas
- responsible for distributing gowning items within GMP manufacturing areas daily
- responsible for participating in cycle counting and inventory of sanitization supplies and gowning articles
