Job Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with two years of customer service experience working with enterprise applications such as event/scheduling systems
- Or high school diploma, GED or equivalent and three years of customer service experience including enterprise applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Successful completion of background check
- Compliance with confidentiality, cybersecurity, and privacy policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare, communicate, and distribute academic schedules each term
- Prepare monthly space utilization reports with charts and graphs
- Maintain communication with Registrar's Office, colleges, and support organizations
- Resolve scheduling errors and conflicts in the enterprise scheduling system
- Schedule academic classes and coordinate support staff and policies
- Administer event scheduling software and coordinate with university offices for event planning
- Manage audiovisual support scheduling and resolve system issues
- Facilitate changes to room assignments during emergencies
- Provide scheduling and utilization reports to decision makers
- Manage contracts, billing, and related room usage processes
