Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with two years of customer service experience working with enterprise applications such as event/scheduling systems
  • Or high school diploma, GED or equivalent and three years of customer service experience including enterprise applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Compliance with confidentiality, cybersecurity, and privacy policies

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of customer service experience including working with enterprise applications such as event/scheduling systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

Job Duties

  • Prepare, communicate, and distribute academic schedules each term
  • Prepare monthly space utilization reports with charts and graphs
  • Maintain communication with Registrar's Office, colleges, and support organizations
  • Resolve scheduling errors and conflicts in the enterprise scheduling system
  • Schedule academic classes and coordinate support staff and policies
  • Administer event scheduling software and coordinate with university offices for event planning
  • Manage audiovisual support scheduling and resolve system issues
  • Facilitate changes to room assignments during emergencies
  • Provide scheduling and utilization reports to decision makers
  • Manage contracts, billing, and related room usage processes
