Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean 3-year motor vehicle record
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday on shifts between 6am and 6pm
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks
  • Ability to use tracking and dispatch software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • One year of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean 3-year motor vehicle record
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle operations
  • Proficiency with tracking and dispatch software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate liftgates and pallet jacks
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple tasks
  • Ability to work with a diverse population

Job Duties

  • Operate company vehicles over established routes adhering to DOT regulations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
  • Load and unload orders and donations using manual and electric pallet jacks
  • Deliver and pick up donations and orders from donors and partner agencies
  • Complete and submit trip reports and required paperwork daily
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned equipment
  • Provide exemplary customer service and represent the organization professionally
