Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean 3-year motor vehicle record
- Ability to work Monday through Friday on shifts between 6am and 6pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks
- Ability to use tracking and dispatch software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- One year of commercial driving experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean 3-year motor vehicle record
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle operations
- Proficiency with tracking and dispatch software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate liftgates and pallet jacks
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple tasks
- Ability to work with a diverse population
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles over established routes adhering to DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Load and unload orders and donations using manual and electric pallet jacks
- Deliver and pick up donations and orders from donors and partner agencies
- Complete and submit trip reports and required paperwork daily
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned equipment
- Provide exemplary customer service and represent the organization professionally
