Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- minimum six months of verifiable driving experience
- pass a Ryder drug test
- must have verifiable driving experience in like equipment with either six months in the past three years, two years in the last five years, or five years in the last ten years
- pass Ryder background and motor vehicle checks including drug and alcohol verification
- pass a DOT physical
- pass a Ryder road test
- must have a valid driver's license
- ability to follow written or oral instructions
- ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, or procedures

Job Duties
- Safely drive a delivery vehicle following all safety regulations
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and company laws and policies
- detect and minimize safety hazards
- maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records
- load and unload freight or assist in these tasks when required
- deliver goods on a dedicated route within Iowa
- perform other assigned tasks as needed
